A 50% deposit is required for “WidePrinting Corp.” to process a client’s order; this deposit is non-refundable once production has begun.

The customer must proofread the final draft of the project before it is printed.

We will only begin printing when we receive the client's final approval through e-mail, fax, or signed final draft. Any changes to screen printing projects that have already begun production are charged with a “plate fee.” Any other printing services cannot be changed once it has been sent to print.

We will only hold the client’s printed jobs at our location for 10 Business days.

 

Screen Printing: The Screen Plate and Acetates is a service that is needed to print apparel or other related items; once the Screen Plate or the Acetates are made, they do not belong to the customer but to "WidePrinting Corp." regardless if the client wishes to no longer work with us. While working with us, there is no extra charge each time you decide to reprint with the Screen Plate, Acetates, and Design that are already made.

Digitizing: Digitizing is required for our embroidery service; this is a one-time fee per design; once the digitized version of the customer's artwork is made, it does not belong to them but to "WidePrinting Corp." this is not the right to the artwork itself but the digitized version of the artwork (we cannot send the digitized embroidery file)

Promotional Items: Menus, Business Cards, Flyers, Postcards, Signs, etc.; in which the Artwork, Design, or Print has been made by "WidePrinting Corp." will not be released to the customer in any original format (PSD, PDF, AI, etc., ) other than the regular image preview that is sent to the customer via Email, Fax, Text message or in person.

 

The customer will receive up to three (3) previews of Artwork/Design options with the client's desired requests. If the customer is not satisfied with the three options, an additional charge will be added to the overall bill.
